OK, I'm probably being hella dense here (I blame it on work and being absolutely knackered personally... ) but where do I pick up the new DBP Terrain functionality? I can't see anything about it on the site and patch 5.4 didn't have it (at least not as far as I can see...)... What am I missing? Cheers, X3N0

technically it's stilla beta, so it's not listed on the mani site yet. apparently the final version will be available soon, and it should clear up some issues people have found with the system.

hi, walaber, u allright?
well, i've downloaded your wrapper and tried to run the terrain demo. But some commands such as set terrain heightmap, set terrain scale, set terrain anything.... they don't work. DB seems not recognize them. I've put the wrapper NDB.dll into the Compiler\plugins-user dir, the newton.dll is in the app dir and even so these commands aren't recognized.
What's wrong?
thank u

that is because you don't have the terrain plugin. go to the Game Creators forum, and search around for it... I'm not sure the link above still works.
but you need to download and install the terrain plugin for it to work.

Also, you need to make sure the keyword INI and help files are also in place to get full integration with the editor. The readme file in Walaber's wrapper covers all of that. -- TAZ
