im trying a workaround for compound collision cus i have no knowledge/code to get it to work. so im using a hingejoint at point 0,0,0 and Constraint boxes in diferent places e.g. Joint99 = NDB_NewtonConstraintCreateHinge( Box99, Box1 ) Joint = NDB_NewtonConstraintCreateHinge( box99, Box2 ) Joint2 = NDB_NewtonConstraintCreateHinge( Box99, Box3 ) then NDB_SetHingeLimits Joint99,90,90 NDB_SetHingeLimits Joint,90,90 NDB_SetHingeLimits Joint2,90,90 `to stop them from moving/rotating anywhere.
the joints still move slightly which means that the 3d box frame im ment to be creating wobbles any help would be welcome
Is there an easier way to make a complex shape ? The ridged body designer program.exe was not easy to get on with not being able to exacted positioning/rotate/size which im after, the The ridged body designer program would be great to have an input box to positions, rotating, size to the 0.01 thanks abirel aka simon t
