Just wondering if it's possible. Let's say I have a 3ds building, how could i use newton physics on it?

what do you mean? like sliding collision for a character? or bullet collision?
wither way, just load the object, and then make a TreeCollision object from it with NDB_NewtonCreateTreeCollision, see the help for more details about the command.
