is there a way to make some vertex manipulations on vertexes of the newton models ?
like modify the coordinates of vertices or not ?

One way is to remove the collision, then modify vertices then make a new collision. The collisions always need to be convex tough.
To build a whole treecollision you can use :
NDB_NewtontreeCollisionAddFace

There is also the convex hull commands and a few others that can be used to create new/complex collision shapes. -- TAZ
